5:33AM - 7:17AM (1 Hour 44 Minutes)

5:34AM

So, starting up today, I wanted to start off, first of all, testing this on the mobile app. It didn't work too well, so I'm going to get that fixed up really quick, just with the touch down and touch up, and then I wanted to expand on this and actually finish implementing the to-do list because that's going to help me throughout the day. At least it'll be something useful that I get out of this, and the other thing that I wanted to do was all possibly integrate something to take screenshots and upload files so that I could show, you know, screenshots and stuff in here, or upload scripts that I've done or used, so we'll see if I have time for that. I don't want to spend more than a couple hours on doing this right now.

5:34AM

you

5:38AM

I just got my ID open and my database open and the dev window so I'm going to start working now. I'm going to start with the mobile fix.

5:50AM

This is a test on the mobile phone. It looks like it's now working.

5:51AM

Yep, it's now working so I can leave my phone open all day or get a second device and just push the record button on my phone, much easier than switching tabs.

5:52AM

I'm going to clean up the router portion of it right now just to keep things organized a little bit.

5:58AM

Looks like that's working, so I'm going to move on to the next thing.

6:55AM

Cleaning up the CSS and adding global colors.

6:55AM

And I've created the views for the tasks already, and now I'm just going to do the API to mark them as complete.

Magenta Construction

7:18AM - 7:44AM (25 Minutes)

7:21AM

All right, color's all adjusted. Now I'm starting on the API portion.

7:42AM

COMPLETED TASK: --- Transcription Unavailable ---

7:43AM

The API seems to work so I'm going to clean up the code and that should be it for now.

COMPLETED TASK: Adding a node to test how well this works and to see if a longer one will transcribe or not.

7:49AM

Taking a cough from Greg.

7:50AM

Greg is calling to ask me what date of birth we're using for Magenta general accounts. I thought we had saved this somewhere and he can't look it up himself.

7:51AM

Waiting for my work computer to boot up.

7:52AM

So, the answer was right in Teams and he was the one who actually added it in as well.

7:53AM

I forwarded him the information and now I'm just going to follow up whether or not the new laptop came in as well.

8:20AM

Testing, testing, one, two, three.

8:21AM

Testing, testing, one, two, three for mobile phone.

8:24AM

I noticed an error while trying to upload some audio with a summary of what I talked about with Greg, so I'm just going to look into that real quick.

8:43AM

Getting another call from Greg.

8:52AM

Greg needed help finding a file in his OneDrive. I suggested that he uses the search function in Teams and then that would show him where the file is located and he ended up finding it.

9:37AM

Just had to rewrite a section of the code to test something.

9:39AM

I think the uploaded file size was bigger than two megabytes, so it failed to upload the last message that I did. I have changed that now, and I have to remember when I move it to the Magenta server, that I will need to up the upload limit to take bigger uploads, because the last message was like three minutes.

10:24AM

Testing uploading WAV to server and then converting to mp3 on the server side to save space.

10:28AM

Final test to make sure it's working.

10:30AM

Okay, so I'm going to update, uh, so Greg called earlier, uh, just, uh, at 843, um, he was calling, he's already forgot why, but, uh, uh, oh yeah, he was calling to, um, he was calling, oh yeah, to find out what the, uh, date of birth we're going to be using, like the standardized date of birth, um, for creating accounts for Magenta, which was January 1st, 2000 is what we chose. Um, I pointed him to where it is in Teams. It was like one of the first things, uh, comment that he had created, uh, specifying this. And, um, he told me he was working on an estimate and I suggested after he's done the estimate, maybe write an SOP about, um, how to create these accounts, uh, with master account holder, uh, with the password manager that we have, uh, and what information to use and how to set that up. Um, and I also suggested he upload his SOPs somewhere to Teams so we have access to that. And I also did some updates in the Magenta password manager, um, just to clean some stuff up, move them around and organize them while I was on the phone with him.

10:45AM

All right, everything is done with this app anyways. I'm going to stop that for now. I'm going to go make some breakfast. And then when I get back, I'm going to start making a task list of what I'm going to do today, which is mostly going to be getting ready for the meeting tomorrow. And then I'll probably be working on some of the workflows in the ERP if I have time. But we'll see how that goes.

10:45AM

Just a final test to make sure everything works.

Urbano Design (Justin)

10:50AM - 10:50AM (43 Seconds)

10:50AM

I need to add the Google Analytics tags, and I'll need to figure out how he wants them linked to the forms for call-to-action submission, because you can't really generalize them.

10:50AM

At some point I'll have to take a look at his ads as well when I have a little bit more time and redo the ads for him so he's not just wasting money.

Magenta Construction

12:02PM - 5:46PM (5 Hours 43 Minutes)

12:04PM

Need to order soft bones from Motorola.

12:04PM

Need to set up the new tablet.

12:04PM

Need to find the old tablet.

12:04PM

Need to follow up with Amazon why they're not enabling the port for the mail server.

12:05PM

Need to call Microsoft to try to finally resolve these license transfers.

12:09PM

For now, I'm going to start looking at the workflows again and try to figure out where I left off from a couple weeks ago, and try to keep that going.

12:10PM

You need to figure out RDP from the shared TVs to the computer so that people can cast and share the hardware from the TVs.

12:10PM

You need to set up a screensaver on the TV as well at the entrance that showcases Magenta's work.

12:10PM

S3 integration into ERP.

12:11PM

Ticket system with mail server setup once I have a mail server approved. For now I think we'll just use a subdomain name from Magenta and forward messages from Outlook into there and eventually we will convert when it's gone live, we'll convert to on-prem mail server.

12:12PM

Right now I'm going to submit a ticket to Amazon support to follow up with my request for the unblocking the mail port and setting up our reverse DMS records.

12:12PM

You need to add a credit card, or update the credit card for OpenAI.

12:21PM

Sent them a new support ticket, so I'll wait to hear back on that. Now I'm going to look at that S3 integration.

12:51PM

working on a workflow for the employment process.

1:41PM

I'm still working on the workflows, planning them right now in Miro. I did the request to hire new staff, and then define the new employees. And then those were high level, and then I did a process and application or resume received. Now I'm going to work on the job application, where they've already been accepted for the position, because there's roles that are tied that will need to be established in the ERP as well.

2:17PM

COMPLETED TASK: Need to follow up with Amazon why they're not enabling the port for the mail server.

2:21PM

Working on the employee change role portion in the workflows now.

2:57PM

Microsoft just reached out to me, so I'm going to be hopping on a call with them.

3:33PM

Alright, well that was a bit of a waste of time, they're going to have to escalate the ticket again and I'll have to follow up with them at some point in time, or they're going to follow up with me apparently, but we'll see how that goes. So I'm going to go back to the ERP, I'm just going to check real quick if Amazon replied back yet about the mail server while opening up the port for the mail server, and if not I'm going to get back to doing the workflows, don't worry.

5:46PM

That's enough work for me. I finished up some workflows and fixed a couple of things inside of the ERP.
