I'm going to start off by calling Dylan to make sure he has the files that he needs. He never got back to me yesterday.

Okay, I just talked to Paul, he's going to be in from 9.30 until about noon, so I'm going to set the drive access up for him, give him full access to Greg's files, and in the meantime I'm going to set up the extensions for the phones, for Daphne and for Paul, and I'm also going to set them up for other users as well, just so that we are ready to go with that.

We need to figure out these cell phones as well because the service is ticking and I know that's costing money. I'm gonna have to nail down what we're gonna do is I'm gonna spend probably hopefully only an hour but try to look up different alternatives for phones that are within that kind of price range and have that same feature set.

I'm going to connect to Paul's computer right now and set up the network share for him so he has access to everything on Greg's old computer.

Okay, I set Paul up. I gave him access to Greg's archive files, and I also gave him access to a user space that I created for Dylan, and a user space that I created for Chris. I'm going to have to call Chris now just to set that up for him. I think he already has some basic access, so it should be pretty easy to do, but that way Paul is able to look through all of the files on Greg's computer, and if somebody like Dylan or Chris needs something, he'll be able to copy and paste it very easily from one to the other.

I just have to renew the SSLs and then I'm going to finish setting up the extensions and device management for the phones.

Just did a voicemail test and it doesn't seem like the email worked, so I'm just going to find out why it's not working.

Chris just called. I was on the phone with him for 37 minutes. I was just asking him a simple thing. I guess I called him earlier and he wasn't there. He wasn't there, so he returned my call. I was calling him to set up the web drive onto his computer. He told me he's not in the office. He's somewhere on Canatec. Then he started to ask me a question about Teams and how everything is structured. Sam suggested we set something up differently. The suggestion that he had sounded a little bit complicated, so I told him we'll get together. We will review this. I already have a good workflow in place that's going to make this super simple in Teams. Clean it up. Get rid of all these garbage channels that we don't need that are actually causing confusion. Centralize information. There has to be a way to centralize that. That's using the organizational chart that I have created with the different staff level, team level, middle management, and C-suite. That will help resolve a lot of these issues and control the flow and minimize the channels that we have. Clean it up because it's a little bit too messy right now. I'm going to go over that with him probably tomorrow, Wednesday. I have a lot of stuff to do right now and I'm falling behind. I'm still trying to figure out why Daphne's voicemail to email isn't working. I have to look into that a little bit more.

In ETC fusion PBX, I changed back config.lua. What did I change in there? Oh yeah, I disabled the SQL and parameter debugging.

In ETC PostgreSQL 14 main, I edited pg underscore hba.conf to, what did I do here? To allow all hosts to connect. So now I disabled that. So it's only local hosts that can connect.

I edited PostgreSQL.conf in the same directory. What did I do here? Did I edit this one? Yes, I did. I changed. Hmm. Hmm. Oh yeah, listen underscore addresses. I changed it from wildcard back to localhost as well.

in usershare-freeswitch-scripts-app-voicemail-resources-functions-directory. I edited send underscore mail dot lua. I had originally set a script or a piece of code in the database query for the email template that if debug.sql was on, it would dump the results that were fetched from the database. So I have now removed that back to what it was.

I just sent a test voicemail, and it looks like it was sent from the server. I'm just going to check if it was accepted on Magenta's side.

Alright, everything works. I'm just going to put the time condition back on the IVR system because I had disabled that. There is something that I need to look into later on, because right now we manually have to add the extensions after hours to leave messages, otherwise they will ring. I have to see if there is a way with the time condition to just send them straight to voicemail without adding them manually. This will make it easier to add and remove users in the future.

Alright, that's all done. Everything is tested. Everything works. Everything is cleaned up. Everything is restored back. Shit. Hold on. I've got to check to make sure. Time condition is back. Time condition... Yes, it is. Okay. I'm going to make a small to-do list of stuff for tomorrow that I have to do in here.
