All right. I got to work on some teams, your organization now. Hopefully I can get that done before I have to leave to have a meeting with Sergei and the other guy there. I don't even know why I'm going to have the meeting. Um, but I don't know. It doesn't make sense, but, uh, yeah, get some teams, your organization done.

Just had a quick talk with Troy on the phone, summarizing what's going to happen today with the meeting with Sergey and Maplesoft, and the CEO of Maplesoft being there, and what I'm going to try to get out of it. We also talked about looking at when the phones are going to be in, so I confirmed that Amazon, everything went through with the order, looks like it's coming in today by 10, but I think they may end up showing up tomorrow, so my plan after that is to set up the MDM, put the screen protectors on, put the cases on them, get them all set up, so if I get them today, tomorrow I can get them ready and drop them off, and we also talked about some internet connectivity things I'm going to try to do later on in the day today as well.

I'm going to go back into the teams and I'm going to start working on that one thing that I'm going to have to have a meeting with the guys today about is the PO invoices all of those numbers because right now we're prefixing every everything with with the project numbers and I think that it might be better to keep the PO's and invoices and everything like that with a separate numbering system than to try to keep them under the project for a number of reasons it's it's nice and it's clean and it's visually easy to identify this way but with an ERP it won't really matter what the numbering convention is because you look up the order in the ERP and it'll tell you what it's regarding using prefixing the project before a PO makes it easier to identify what PO for example or what project appeal belongs to but at the same time it could cause complications and I could kind of see a few of those happening it's not as versatile as an option not not as flexible but we'll talk about that in the office with the guys today

Just finished up all the meetings, now I'm going to go, I just arrived at Magenta, I wanted to talk to Sam about a couple questions that I have, hopefully she can give me some insight, I'm going to try to get some things set up here on the board as well, and I also want to talk to Alison about getting something to help the storage, to organize the storage downstairs.

Just finished speaking with Dylan about the Teams plan and the numbering system for purchase orders and work orders. We are going to keep things the same way that we're doing now, where we have a project number, hyphen, P001 or however we're doing it for now, while we transition into the ERP. But once we have the ERP, we're going to use an automatic incrementing unique identifier for each purchase order, work order, change order, because those will automatically be linked to the projects anyways in the ERP, and it gives us more flexibility in the future as well. If we have to change something or if, for whatever reason, something changes or we want to expand, it'll give us the option to do that.

I'm going to stop this for now because I have to drive home. I'm going to see if I have time. We did get the phones in, so I'm going to see if I have a bit of time and energy tonight to start getting those set up. And if not, then that's going to be my first thing that I do in the morning.

Figure out what phone numbers are going to be assigned to what users, and what users are going to get a mobile phone.

Edit the backup script on the server, so that it backs up onto the external hard drive, if the external hard drive is available. I will need to do that by device ID, probably.
