Starting now, I woke up with a big headache, so it was really difficult to work. I don't know what's going on. But I'm starting now. It starts to feel a little bit better, so hopefully it will be a productive day.

I had a bit of a stance, so I just had to wait for Amber to give me a call back. Trying with the managed Google Play account, there was an issue and I wanted to set a federation between our Microsoft Enter ID and Google, but it seems that somebody else took control as admin over magenticinstruction.com in the Google platform. This was probably just done by mistake. Somebody probably just signed up, had to receive a file or something, so it was nothing malicious. I have control back now. I had to verify the domain, but there's one subscription that I'm waiting to remove from Amber. I don't know why it's there. I think maybe it had something to do with backing up QuickBooks, but I need to remove that license in order to adopt the organization, so I have to wait for her.

I don't know what to do. Google is fucking stupid, and it's pissing me off. I tried to contact their support, just an AI chatbot on the phone that doesn't lead me anywhere without getting a paid subscription to something that we don't actually need. It wants us to merge domains, but I removed Amber's account from there. And there should be no other ones connected to the organization, but for some reason it's still saying we have to merge and still have to get a subscription. The problem is with Google, once we get a subscription, I won't be able to go back to the starter subscription, which is free, so we're always going to have to pay for it. And further issues are going to be, even if I do remove that specific subscription, it will delete the whole organization, which means I can't do anything. The only thing I can do is wait to see if maybe it fixes itself after 24 hours or 48 hours, even though it's not showing any licenses or any organizations. In the list that it's showing me, maybe still somewhere in the system it's got that registered. I don't know why they have to make things so complicated.

I feel like I'm going around and around in circles. There's nothing that I can do. It's all saying that it's possible to set it up and federate it without having a paid license and to add free users with the started license. But now it's saying, in order to federate, I need to verify the domain name. In order to verify the domain name, I need to do that. I don't understand what to do. It's like this endless loop. One Google Doc is saying, you don't need to have a paid subscription in order to access the cloud provider portal, which is what I need to do a federation to our Azure Enter ID. So I do that, and it asks me, before I do that, that I have to select a domain name. So I do that. It says the domain name is in use. So I go in to get ownership of the domain name, because we don't know where it was being used. And then it says I have to verify the domain name. So I do verify the domain name with the TXT record. And then it tells me that I have to upgrade the subscription. It's stupid. It's telling me one thing, and it's doing something completely different. And now it's stuck, and it's saying, in some of the support documents, it's saying that all users need to have the same license. Well, right now we have one organization with zero users. So there should be no license usage. The only license usage was Amber's old account. But that subscription lapsed. It was over. It was a temporary thing. And there was no subscription. Regardless, we removed it, and we removed her account completely and defederated. So before it was saying two organizations. Now it's saying one. So there should be no reason to merge organizations when there's only one organization. Like, what the fuck? So now I don't know what to do. I don't know whether I should try to remove the whole account, which means it might remove the other accounts that I set up for Google Play and Google Chrome management, and I might have to start everything all over. Or I don't know.

just got off the phone with Troy a couple minutes ago. We hopped on the phone at 343 so I'm gonna go back to the MDM. I don't know what to do with Google I've reached out I've sent some support tickets so well not support tickets but inquiries through their sales channel and I'm hoping that it can be routed in the right place because there is no other option for now I'm just gonna proceed ahead and if I hear anything else then I'll worry about it then
