Printing an asset tag for the computer now. Account has been set up, OneDrive set up, Action 1 set up, OneDrive and everything else should be set up. I have an email ready to go for this. I'm just going to print the asset tracking label and place one on the power cord and place one on the computer itself. I'm going to prepare an asset tag for the mouse and keyboard combo as well.

Oops, I was still recording, but I wasn't recording anything, I was just working. Okay, anyways, that's done. I see that also Chris added his computer into the, for the software that I asked people to install yesterday. There's still a lot of people who haven't installed it. I have a feeling I'm going to have to go in and do that on their behalf, but I will do that. I'm also going to add, I'm going to have to figure out how to add Maha's computer in here, it'll help me manage it as well from here, from one area.

I just set up the vault on Amber's computer. I will have to do the setup process with Sam as well. I think I'm going to get Alejandro and Sam together and I'm going to do it on his computer guiding him through it and Sam can do it at the same time on her computer and then I'll just show them how to use it. These shared passwords are very bad habits to get into.

For now, until Sam has done her meeting, I'm going to send her a quick message, tell her to give me a call when she's free. But I need to look at this stuff for the mobile Intune, because I'm running out of time. I'm supposed to meet with this guy, and I can't meet with this guy until I review everything. So at least I'm ready to go, otherwise it's going to end up being a case where we meet, we look over something, I find something that's not good, he's going to go home and do it in a couple, either tonight or tomorrow or whatever, it's going to delay the time. If I can look over it now, which I should have done in the morning, but schedule got out of hand, if I could do it now, then he could do it, he's got availability to do it now, and then we'll meet, then we'll go over everything, and at least 90% of it will be checked over and good, but I need to do that now.

I just set up Alex had a screen share set up his password manager we really need to look at these shared passwords they shouldn't be distributed the way they are it's causing is going to cause a security issue overall and when that happens it's going to be a nightmare to fix so

Create a document or wiki or something presentation against password sharing and why it's important not to share passwords.

create a document of how to set up new accounts that we sign up for. I mean everything should go through IT and I should be able to look over it or somebody should be able to look over it and make those decisions. The most important part is that when we're creating an account, if we can create sub accounts, every user should have their own account. Also if SSO is available then we should leverage SSO. If it's not available then we should use shared accounts and that can be with Vault Admin or Vault Warden.

I've got to get back to this Intune thing, I'm really strapped on time now.

I just finished my meeting with Gurpreet. I've got a lot done and still a bit left to do. I need to make dinner and go to bed. I'm probably going to have to start a little bit later tomorrow because I did 16 hours today, and I'm hungry, and I'm tired. So I'll probably be starting tomorrow. Well, it depends when I get to eat. If I finish eating by 1, 1.30, probably 8 or 9 by the time I'm up tomorrow.
