Alright, so I just got off the phone with Gurpreet, he ended up breaking a phone. I told him in the beginning to enable, like don't block factory reset for now, but I guess he was trying something in the Nox service plugin, and he ended up disabling factory reset, and then when it removed from Intune, we lost management in Intune, and Nox service plugin prevented the factory reset, so there's no actual way to reset the device, and the phone is pretty much bricked, but that's okay, I told him to grab another phone, we got these through Amazon, so I will return this one to Amazon, and then we'll just have to find the number 7 somewhere as well, I'm sure that maybe we just order straight from Samsung online, but anyway, so lesson learned, do not disable factory reset in Samsung Nox service plugin, because then it won't allow you to reset with Intune.
