Just had a call with Alex. Ended up setting up an Upwork account. He's going to go in there. I'm going to prepare a description of what we're looking for, and he's going to post it and find somebody.

Daphne needs some help right now, just needs to update her network drive, so I'm going to do that right now.

I just finished with Daphne, so there was an error with ePlans, and when I tried to call ePlans, Julie was gone, some guy picked up. The guy was in Punta Cana, didn't seem to know how to help me, so while I was on the phone with him, he asked to call me back in 15, that I call him back in 15 minutes, while that time was passing, I ended up going into the registry and into the configuration files and found out where all that information is saved, and by the time he called me back, I had everything figured out, so I changed that. At the end, I also took down all the changes that I made on her system, and I'm going to make a quick PowerShell script right now, so that somebody in the future who's going to have this issue, I can just deploy the script on their computer, and it will automatically update all the settings that are needed, so the registry settings, and then the change in the file, to make it work on their new computer.

Luckily I had all the access with Action 1 and I was able to make the changes real time.
