I need to move the tenant over and add Sam, Alex, and an accounting email. I'm going to start with moving the tenant.

There's a fucking licensing issue again, so I'm taking a look at that. Nothing is affected, but it's over-licensing. Anyways, I'm working on it now, waiting for Microsoft to call me. I will have to move them into my tenant after this is resolved to avoid these kind of problems.

I think I've done everything I need to with USP for now. I'm waiting for Microsoft to call me back, but in the meantime I'm gonna switch to Magenta to do some stuff there. Oh, no, there's still something. I got a unlicensed Amber lock sign-in for USP forward emails to Sam from Amber.

All right, so all that's done with Amber. I also added some stuff to Hoodoo, the staff domains, I think I said that already, Microsoft subscriptions. I just added the hosting as well so that we have the password on record for the hosting, the cPanel hosting. And yeah, converted her email to shared box, unlicensed her blocker sign in, forwarded the emails to Sam, added Sam, Alex, and accounting delegated access for accounting at unitedsurfacepro.com to Alex and Sam. And I'm still waiting for the call, but now I gotta switch back to Magenta because there was something I was supposed to do there and now I forgot, but I'll figure it out. Oh, the invoice for, yeah, okay.

Microsoft just called back. They are going to address this in the next seven days. Until then everything will be fine. They'll address it within seven days. He's gonna follow up with me when it's been fixed and before February 7th I'm gonna have to move the tenant over to my MSP so this doesn't happen in the future.

Changing the passwords for GoodLifeDogRetreat and adding information to hoodoo with domain name and email accounts. I'm going to have to create a new asset layout for shared mailboxes.

I've updated the passwords. I'm going to switch to GoodLifeFarm, do the same thing there, and then I'll come back in here and I'll update them on the two computers for Troy and for Amber's old computer, so they're ready to go.
