Maha called about 43 minutes ago. I guess there's an issue with Fresh and saying that there's no bookings available for two months. I'm just looking into that. I think maybe it was a stale link, or maybe the services were not assigned to a specific user that was selected, or potentially the time slot exceeded what's actually available.

Yes, she called about 43 minutes ago at 10.22am and I've been just working on that since.

So it's either the person has used a link to Corinne possibly or an old staff member that she had bookmarked and she's trying to book with that person and they don't have any shifts so it's not letting them. I think the only one would be Corinne because other members who are archived I would assume that the link would just return back or say the user's not available.

The other possible option, it depends on how many services, because the maximum length of a shift with any staff member there is nine hours in a day. So if somebody goes in to Fresha and books nine and a half hours of work, it was showing unavailable pretty much indefinitely because nobody works nine and a half hours or longer. So those are the only two things that I could think of, but I have tested it quite a bit and couldn't recreate it under normal circumstances.

I also tried to remove Corinne again, but it looks like there's still future bookings that need to be moved over, so somebody's going to have to move those over and adjust those in the office, and then we'll be able to completely remove her.

Just removing Corinne from Prussia. Seems like there was a reoccurring appointment that's stopping the removal by Linda every second Wednesday for a wash and blow dry short length at 11 a.m. I'm removing the reoccurring appointment and I've notified Maha about it and they can do something if they want.

I'm going to set up the phone number and account for Good Life Dog Retreat on a new tenant. And then I'm going to create a greeting, prompting to leave a voicemail and have that forward to info at goodlifedogretreat.ca.

I set up the voicemail, created a call recording, added the domain to the new tenant, configured a new extension, and tested the voicemail to make sure that it forwards to the email. And I also tested from a cell phone to verify that everything works. So the phone number 613-894-3647 is now set up and it just goes to voicemail which forwards to email going to info at goodlifedogretreat.ca.
