So I was speaking with Max at 9.07 in the morning for 33 minutes and we were talking about some safety books and then I got into a conversation throughout that time as well about his workflow so that I can get a better understanding of what he does as a foreman. And I spoke with him again at 11 a.m. It was a short couple minute, three minute, three and a half minute conversation. I think it was just to clarify, but since then I made a workflow for his role and I shared it with him on Teams and I asked him to have a look at it and then leave any comments that he thinks. He sent me forms that he uses on a day to day so I'm going to try to integrate those as well.

And Daphne just sent me a message that they need some more legal paper, so I'm going to place the order for the legal paper on Amazon or Staples. If Staples works and it's cheaper, I don't know which one, but I'll do that right now real quick. And then a couple things that I want to touch up in the workflow.
1:22PM
All right, I just did the order for the paper. Shipping was going to be, well Daphne said they're on their last little bit of the letter paper and they're a little bit desperate. Free shipping with Amazon would have been into next week. To get it any sooner, it would have cost $69. I saw that Amazon Business Prime was available for $9.99 for the first year for up to three users, so I took the $9.99 promo offer that we have for the first year and instead of paying that $69 in shipping, we did the $9.99 and I still have to send the invoice because it's not ready yet for that. And then we also, so we get free one or two day shipping now and we also have access to more products as well, which is nice.

Going back to working on the workflows now.
