I forgot to mention I got a call from Troy. I guess Caroline needed access to T3Con teams. They did have access, there was a license, but when I logged in it was weird because I didn't see anything, so I had to troubleshoot that a little bit, but ended up assigning all the users to the teams and everything seems to work again, but I'm not sure why. It kind of disappeared in the first place.
