Sorry, I forgot to update this. At 11.56, a little bit earlier than that, I found some malicious software on one of the Magenta computers. It's a keylogger, so I backed it up so I could see where the data was coming from. It is the BFK keylogger posing on a sysgrim. I'm trying to find it now and remove it.

It seems to be done. I'm just writing a quick test just to check if it's been completely removed. I'm going to save this script I created for the remediation in case we get back again. I mean it doesn't hurt. And then I'll do a quick test, but it looks like it's done. I advised him that he should change all of his passwords. And I have the file, the backup file, on my computer so I'll be able to check. I'll be able to check. I forgot what I was saying because I was seeing if I deleted everything, all the temporary files. Anyways, I'll create a script just in case, so we could use it in the future if needed.

Yeah, I think I got it done. Actually, I think I got it working. There was one thing that I noticed that I made a bit of an error with. I'm going to fix that right now.
