Just a couple things that came up today. I was working on the IVR, updating that to T3-Con. I ended up changing a bit of the phone system around just to make it easier to manage in the future because right now I was having... Fuck me, that won't work. I just wasted a good portion of the day. Fuck. Fuck. Alright, that's not going to work the way that I wanted it to, so I'm just going to change it in the morning to the really unmanageable way. Fuck me. Oh well. Alright, and then we needed access to EagleView. And... Let's see here. Anyways, I had to get EagleView password for Dylan, but unfortunately EagleView isn't that easy to manage. It doesn't have a web-based management. You have to call or email to do everything. And then that creates a bit of a problem between, you know, do we share accounts or create user accounts and have no observability, so I decided we're going to do a shared account for EagleView for now. I took about two hours on the phone with this person. Oh my god. Anyways, it's a bit of a mess in my opinion, but... But anyways, it's done. It's over with. Still pissed about that phone. Because I was redoing the phone system, and I wanted to create a time condition for extensions so that I wouldn't have to have duplicate menus, because that becomes really hard to manage users. But then I forgot that the user extensions would have to have their own time conditions, which just adds a whole new level of complexity to everything, so... Damn. I did not see that during the day. I did not see that. Fuck. I feel stupid. But anyways, so I'll just upload the thing tomorrow. I guess I'll have to redo it a little bit to make it simpler. And that's it.
