So, just to summarize, in the phone call that we had, we figured out the numbering structure that we're going to use. We agreed that we're going to use MAG prefix and then six or seven numbers. You said you're okay with seven numbers. I'm okay to drop it down to six because that's a lot of potential numbers as well and it makes it a little bit shorter. If we decide to switch down to just doing an M, that's fine, but I do like something about branding magenta in there as well. I just kept it at 15 digits because you said that's a nice standard number of digits that can be analyzed quickly. Yeah, very standardized. It follows NetBIOS names as well. So if we can, if you're okay with that, I mean 15, the Kavanaugh one was 11 long anyway, so 15 is not that far to stretch, plus we get some branding. So it's going to be MAG and then followed by seven numbers. Then there's going to be a hyphen to delimit and then there's going to be a letter followed by three numbers and the letters are going to be W for work order, E for estimate, P for purchase order, C for change order, I for invoice, R for RFQs, request for quotations, Qs for quotes or proposals which are non-binding and are more like presentations which could include copies of insurance, could include different options available, etc. And then A is an agreement contract and what we talked about is that when we're submitting an agreement to do work with a homeowner, they would physically be signing our copy when we're doing it with another contractor. If they don't have an agreement, we would be using ours, but if they did have their own contract or PO or CCDC contract, then we would create an agreement and accept it on behalf and reference that CCDC contract number or the subcontract given to us or the PO. Somehow, that will be a manual process and that will finalize the scope of work that's going to be done and initiate that the project has been done. And then we also looked over the swim lanes and I think we were pretty much in agreeance that our idea...

Also, I did some troubleshooting with Dylan about his file storage, apparently the solution that I did didn't work, so I'm going to have to revisit that later and take a look at it. See what's going on. I did take screenshots, I remoted into his computer, and I did take screenshots of what's taking up quite a bit of the file system, so I will try to create a better way to clean that up. I think I'm going to have to do a scheduled task on that.
