Sorry I just got off the phone with Vlad and figured out the whole structure of the projects list. Yesterday I did a Power Automate to create the folder structure but I didn't want the list to be residing in in the in the web drive so I'm going to leave the project counter in the web drive however the actual projects that's going to end up in the main magenta one which will have a general kind of thing of everything I have dates assigned that I'm going to use for assignment dates like when things were you know when we received a due date and I'll create a little bit of automation there to flag it so it's more visual for people and I'll create custom views for the estimators and for whatever else to limit the information that they need to see over there and I'll assign those two different groups and then what I'm going to do is I already created that list I just have to do some conditional formatting and then I'm going to do I also created a list for clients and contacts I need to do a Power Automates that whenever a client is added or whenever a contact is added and then the clients are populated sorry whenever a contact is added and if they have a client listed like a customer like an organization that they're part of then it'll automatically add them to the staff so that we have a staff directory of those clients as well and and yeah and then I'm just going to switch the Power Automate to use that projects list to generate the project numbers we're going to get started using the new project numbers and the folders will be generated and I still just need to do the permission groups so stuff probably won't be done today I do need to take a break right now I have somebody picking something up very shortly between 1.30 and 2 from from my garage so I'm going to punch out for half an hour I'm going to try to eat my lunch at the same time as well hopefully I don't get interrupted I have just a bit of time to eat lunch but I'll try to keep it like kind of half an hour half an hour tops kind of thing and and...

So, they just messaged me actually and told me that they'll be coming a little bit later. But I'm going to go get stuff ready anyways, because I know if I get carried away with work then I'm going to miss it, so I'm just going to move the car and just pull those things to the front, and I'm going to have a lunch as well, and then I'll probably go back to work, and at least that way all I have to do is just open up the garage door for them, and they can pull out, they're just grabbing two server racks that I have, so. But I will punch out now anyways.

All right, I'm going to get started back to work. I'm going to finish setting this stuff up. So I'm going to start with migrating the automation to the new list, which shouldn't be too hard. And then I'm going to delete the old list. And then I am going to make it set the permissions. Then I'm going to set up the security groups, and then I'm going to set up the permissions. And that way the one automation will be done. And then aside from that, I don't know if I should put a link to – Actually, I can maybe make the contract number a link as well to the file store. I should do that. And then I'll see if I can set up some conditional formatting for the other stuff. And I have a whole bunch of security groups that I have to add in, so that's going to be my goal to get done at the end of the night.

Alright, I'm going to have to finish. So I got a lot of the automation working. To apply the permissions, I actually have to do something different because I originally, like I have the SharePoint security groups created in Azure. But the problem is that I have to create another group. I have to create another group in SharePoint and then I have to include that as a member. So it's like a member of a member of a member. Anyways, I don't really feel like doing that. It's 7 o'clock. It's pretty late. I have to go use the washroom and I should eat and yada yada yada. So I'm going to save this. Maybe on the weekend I'll do something. Because tomorrow I have to at noon have a meeting with Alejandro's graphic designer or the video editors there.
