I just got off the phone with Caroline. I'm going to try to introduce Microsoft To-Do into the team because Caroline said she spends about an hour doing this stuff every day, but I don't feel like she should be doing it. The To-Do List app, everybody could download on their phone and just add their own to-dos as they need to. It allows other people to add stuff to that person's to-do list as well. That becomes very handy and it allows everybody to see what's going on with everybody as well. I think I could do that where I could make a to-do list and have everybody's to-do list shared with everybody. I have to remember how I did it, but I know I did it before. Yeah, I just made a shared list is what I made. Yeah, it's a very simple thing actually. Yeah, I just made a shared list and in fact, for those people, it shows up in their calendars. I wonder if there's a way to view this as a calendar. I just got to look that up. This morning, I got some weird emails from Microsoft that our Entra P1 license expired, but then I went into Microsoft and it's not even part of our renewal date. Our renewal date is 8-7, not 7-23.

Troy also just sent me a text he wants me to go in the office before noon which is gonna suck because I had a host of things that I wanted to do today I was hoping to go in in the afternoon to meet with Caroline so I can get some of this stuff done I still need to follow up with Val about that the phone thing there or the internet thing they still haven't called me back so I'm gonna do that very shortly got a follow-up with Bluebeams to get that finished up as well but I haven't heard back an email from them as well regarding that and I was gonna start no I already released the Bluebeam patch to everybody I was gonna check how the progress of that went which I'm gonna do right now and and it's under history 87% magenta book who's that is magenta book is Oh Caroline's old one yeah anyways I pushed out an update for the Bluebeams but I do have to address the Bluebeams install file completely there was also an update that I got to look into I will not do the remediation script because I'll keep that in action one and then what I wanted to do is finish configuring this computer for this guy I have to load up this computer and find some registry changes that happen for the colors on the keyboard I have to run the whole setup on it and when I do that I'm also gonna domain join it it seems the script worked pretty well I think there was an issue somewhere but I don't remember what the issue was to be completely honest I do got to check that

Yesterday, near the end of the day as well, I stopped by Magenta and tried to help Tony set up his email on his phone, but he's got some weird things going on. I feel like his phone used to be either owned by a company or was managed by a company and may still be managed by a company because when we were trying to sign into Outlook for some reason it was showing GoDaddy on there. So either it was used in the past, but after reinstalling it, it still showed it. I feel like the phone is actually company controlled, which is not good and I'm going to need to look into that.

I'm just calling Val right now to try to get an update on this.

They relayed some messages to To their back-end office Well fuck I forget to take my Adderall today goddamn, sorry They said that they're gonna get a call back within 24 or 48 hours, so we'll wait and see What happens And To do to do Dylan wants info access to info at magenta construction calm so I'm trying to do that now, but The portal is not actually loading for me. I Can't figure out why Some kind of authentication issue I'll try to open it up in a incognito window and Maybe that will do it and then talk to Dylan as well About But this new computer that well the one that I got for Tony's is better So I'm gonna swap them since Tony already has a new computer I'm gonna give the Tony's one to She's I forget his name Dylan and I'm gonna help him move that stuff over and then I'll have to go find If buddy's computer is not our phones managed or not and then have to meet with Troy before noon Fuck it's still not working I don't understand why it's not working I guess exchange is just down

I showed up at the Magenta building here a little while ago. I'm going to put some stuff away. Troy's not in his office. But I will have to put something downstairs, or get a helper upstairs. And then I'm going to start moving stuff over. And then I'm going to start doing some computer, I guess.

Just sitting down with Troy for the last little bit, doing some meetings, talking about the progress of everything. I called Ashley to get her drone guy, and I'm going to schedule a meeting with him and get some of his sample work that he's been doing. Also set up Dylan's computer, made sure that it installed everything, which it did, and everything seems to work good, except for Teams Personal didn't uninstall on his computer. I don't know why. I got to look at that in there. I feel like I have to run a user level deep load, but I don't know if I have time to do that, even though I would want to finish it off, but we'll see. And set up dual monitors upstairs. And we were just testing the IVR phone system, making sure that the phones are actually ringing, and I updated Luke. I guess Luke's name was mentioned somewhere in the IVR, so I took that out, and it's no longer saying that right now.
