So I got on the meeting with this guy at 9 a.m. It's now 10. I'm just finishing the meeting. I have a lot on the to-do list Mostly is creating these views And refining them I'm sending him a lot of stuff right now based on just general planning that I've had. It's all kind of Scattered some stuff that I started with Greg I'm gonna try to create a little bit of a concise document and summary of the workflow of what we want to see and Mind dump kind of thing Somewhere Just so that there's a better understanding of What we're kind of going after I I have a good feeling about him. He seems to grasp it very well But we'll have to see Where things go? I definitely want to focus on the fundamental portions of the ERP to get that set up and That's what I told him as well in terms of KPIs and everything else that we can get off that and in terms of You know summaries and analytics that we get I Think that's a lower priority because right now it's just getting people using the system The summaries can be added later, but I don't want to start with the summaries Because if we start working with the summaries right now It's based on the data that we collect and if if our views end up changing Then those summaries will change and it's just adding more time that we're gonna invest and waste into doing this So number one is refine how everything works and then get the summaries and everything off of that after the fact

I do have a lot of work left in terms of doing this kind of planning, but I feel comfortable that he's going to actually help me set this stuff up because he has had experience doing this kind of stuff. So it should be pretty good, hopefully.

I'm still gathering links to send him for all the stuff, my mural planning group, my org chart planning with permissions, my ERP view planning, and my workflow planning, as well as the traverse planning that we do with Greg. I'm summarizing this in a Teams post so that I can keep track in one channel. I'm just taking time to find all these links and share them.

I need to see how to enable anyone with the link to be able to do this and actually while I'm going into the Admin Center I'm going to see if Exchange is working right now so I can add Buddy. I'm gonna have to log in on my work computer probably to do it.

Okay, I changed some permissions in SharePoint just to structure a little bit more security about sharing and enforcing expiry of content that's shared with other people.

okay this is kind of a big struggle to download everything on this computer now it's slowing down everything that I'm doing there's like hundreds of gigs of files now trying to get this last minute just like it would have been nice to be able to do this overnight I'm gonna have to cancel all these downloads because they're literally bogging my computer down and I can't do anything else but like this kind of stuff it would be nice to have heads up because now like now I have more on my plate now I have to coordinate with this ERP guy get all this stuff ready to go for the ERP and find coordinate with this new videographer drone guy schedule that up with I guess Troy or read him at least and if he's not good make a list of other things which is gonna take a couple hours for me to find and contact and establish some kind of a communication like I need to know what to focus on do I focus on the ERP and send this stuff off because the sooner I do the sooner this other guy could start working on it or do I do this videography do I spend today doing that and then something else comes up tomorrow like it's just I wish like if I had this info overnight at least I could be downloading overnight because now I've interrupted all my searching send this guy stuff this email which I had this meeting with him at 9 it finished at 10 it's 1142 it's already been almost two hours it's gonna be probably two and a half three hours before I could send him this link with all this stuff yeah probably three or four hours because I have to pack up all this stuff just in case I can't even connect to the there we go now it's connecting to the remote computer which one did I connect to shit wrong one all right just these kind of lot this is how the last-minute things happen and what am I to do about it

I know Troy needs a logo for Magenta as well, so I'm gonna get those logos and I might as well recreate the brand page so that I have this more accessible in the future. That's gonna be the rest of the day at least.

The download failed for all those files because I didn't accept the thing in time, so I'm literally going to have to wait here and watch whenever it's ready to download to accept them all.

So, I've been leaving updates here, but I guess I have so much stuff on my computer and my computer's becoming unstable that it's not taking the notes. Anyways, it would've been nice to know that we're getting rid of this guy so I could've downloaded all these files, but that wasn't the case, so I'm kind of rushing to do that, download the files, just in case anything were to happen or they would delete the files or whatever, so that we at least have our copy of it. There's a couple hundred gigs of these files, I tried to do it on my computer, but now my computer is fucked, like it's not, I will need to shut everything down, lose my 277 tabs that I have open with relevant shit that I was working on, I'm going to have to lose it and I'm going to start all over. I've remoted into another computer on the work TVs to try to download it over there. This is now the second time that I'm trying to do it, or no, the third time. The first time I tried to do it, by the time it was done zipping, I thought I could put it in the background and check back at it, and by the time I got back to it, because I was doing other stuff, trying to get this email ready for the ERP guy, by the time I got back to it, the download link expired. So the second time that I went in there, I'm trying to do it, I was trying to do it again, and then, I don't know, my computer disconnected from the TV, and when I got back in, Chrome had closed. So I assumed that Chrome had crashed because it can't download all of these files right away like that, or I don't know what the hell happened. So now I'm literally going to sit here and wait however many minutes it takes, 10, 15, 20 minutes, and I'm not going to move away from this so I can see what happened, and that's the things that happen with IT. Yes, it should work. Does it always work? No. Fuck no, it doesn't work. It barely ever works whenever you need it. Anything with tech is very temperamental. It looks like the 40 some downloads have started, so I am gonna let it just sit here and hopefully download on this computer and hopefully not crash again. And in terms of my computer, I really don't know what to do because even when I was trying to leave notes from my computer, it wasn't saving them. Meaning that something is completely fucked in my computer right now. And one of my taskbar says it's 1.12pm and the other taskbar says it's 11.23pm. So obviously my computer is not liking what's going on right now and I really don't know what to do aside from a full reboot. All right, so all the tabs that I have open so that I remember when this all shuts down. I have the Magenta QR router test page for the admin and user and the general admin open. I have a bunch of tabs open here, specifically for code two, which is email signatures for 365. I believe somewhere in here, I have manage engine over here as well in directory, active directory. So I was looking up active directory management tools, that's going to suck to lose that. And I believe code two has some apps as well that I was downloading to manage active directory and Microsoft 365 users specifically for like folder and user management so that I can keep all that information in the users and create a template for emails. I do see some tabs here for Microsoft help center open as well, probably related to creating email templates, because that's one route instead of paying the subscription that I was going to look down. I don't really want to pay another subscription and integrate this and that's going to take some time on its own. It's going to cost us like 400 bucks extra per year. And then we have dependency on another platform that we need. And there's more set of instructions of how to manage that. So what I was hoping to do is create an email template and attach it to all outbound messages based on variables that are available within active directory for name, photo, etc. I do see another tab here for why stamp, which is same thing, email signature. I do see something here research for what the ideal video length is for engagement. I think that was something I was sending to Martin. I have some icons here from bootstrap, which I was probably using for the admin center and the review 20 deployment guide. But it's not really loading anything. I made Power Automate that when somebody adds it, it automatically creates those structures with the proper permissions assigned to the proper permission groups. I have Windows 10 PowerShell to remove bloatware apps. That would be a good reference right there because there's actually some pre-made scripts for AppX and it just has a bunch of lists of names of garbage that I could remove safely. So I guess when I was talking with the original people who were doing the Blues Fest ad, they mentioned that they were using Luma AI for some of their AI video generation and stuff. I think most of that is working properly in Intune. The only thing is that it takes a while for the web drive to sync, like you have to restart the computer a couple times. I have another one that's the Magenta QRTR router in the admin, looks like this is the final version that I was looking at when I was developing it. So I know the answer for that, but I'm looking for a way around it, which is probably that MAS, M-A-S, Microsoft Activation Script, because any other way won't work. I'm sure somewhere in here there's documentation now that I remember about how Windows licenses can be upgraded, which ones can use command line. So from home you can't upgrade command line to any other version. From a pro you can to an enterprise, or from home you can to education, but we're not doing education licenses, so we don't qualify for doing that. But it does look like it's talking about ChangePK slash ProductKey, which again I think is only available if you're going up to an education version from home, or if you're going upwards from the pro version. I don't know what the other tabs are, looks like there's some activation scripts and licensing information, that's going to be a loss right there. That was regarding, I think that was a startup stuff when it's running in user context, but I don't think that there's a way around that unless I run a VB script, but then we don't get the feedback from Microsoft Intune, like the fail codes wouldn't, they won't propagate through as anyways. I received an email from Bluebeams, apparently it's in beta stage now and the two are not compatible. They say it will be fixed within the next month, so I'm going to go into Bluebeams right now and do as they suggest, well remove the provisioning and assign the licenses manually.

Ritalin just messaged me and said she has a problem with her Bluebeam. Coincidentally, I got an email from Bluebeam as well, that they have disabled SCIM on my end. So now, I have to rush in a last-minute thing. Instead of doing this yesterday, because by the time I sent the email yesterday, they were probably closed, so they got back to me this morning. If I would have done it maybe a little bit earlier, they could have done it yesterday, and when everybody was gone, I could have done these changes. But, this is the way that it is. So, I have to deal with it now, and hopefully she, Ritalin, is the only one who lost access to it.

Alright, Rodalyn keeps messaging me that she's having issues, and I'm trying to make these changes, but it's going to take me some time, and probably it might even take some time for the license changes to reflect as well, so she may be down for... Hopefully it won't be long, it'll take me half an hour to do these changes. And the third option is specifically for bidding and tendering. They have a regionally based free account for clients in the U.S. with tools and options specifically for pre-construction process. Alright, so, quite a bit done. I got off the phone with Procore and I figured I'd have to do this. First of all, our company information is completely not correct. So apparently, for some reason, they originally set up the rental as Unit 2, and Ramil's trailer at the back was Unit 3, and there was a cancellation pending as of June 25th, but the line hadn't been released yet, and further to that, when we set up this new line, it was being set up as Unit 2, by the sales guy, and so there was a conflict on the Unit 2, Unit 2, because you can't have a single line go into two units. So there was two things actually blocking it, there was a PF blocking it, and then there was a shortage of fiber, and so they couldn't actually assign it, because of two issues, one that there was two Unit 2s at that place, and the other one that there was no active fiber. So even though when I called, and the last person that I just spoke with said that, okay, even, you know, yeah, now I have this account number, and yeah, okay, so we've taken this line off, and we're marking it as not in service anymore for Unit 3, Ramil's place, there was still a conflict of the Unit 2, two Unit 2s, which is not possible.
