6:24AM - 6:05PM (11 Hours 40 Minutes)
6:25AM
I'm going to start by getting all the tools ready because I realized I was short yesterday to do more install. I've got to bring the fiber splicer, I should bring the ethernet jack for a mill as well. I need to get a good drill, I'm just going to run the wire on the ground, I need my putty as well. Hopefully I can make that SC fiber connection as well. I just need the modem for the SFP and female-to-female SC coupler and hopefully that's it and that's all that I need.
6:25AM
Oh, and stay close to work and.
7:54AM
I forgot to update, but I'm working on the ERP thing again before I get called away.
8:00AM
I'm just compiling a couple other links.
8:23AM
I think I got all the links out of Miro, so I'm going to close this down so that it's trustworthy.
9:09AM
Thank you for watching.
12:00PM
I'm still working on the ERP summary. It's taking a while. In the background I'm also downloading Hirons so I could eventually restore the password on Maharon's work computer. Oh no, did my download fail?
12:00PM
Oh no, Google just does this stupid, Chrome just does this stupid thing now that it like grays it out instead of just showing you. I don't understand why, that's absolutely stupid, but anyways. Back to this.
1:01PM
Still writing this, it'll take a while.
2:03PM
Um, I just finished the departments and positions, yeah, this is taking a long time, and it probably will take a long time, so, anyways, I'm working on it.
2:51PM
I'm just going to switch, still writing this, there's a lot of fucking writing, I'm just going to switch into teams here, into farm internet, yeah, need to get some stuff ready here.
3:51PM
Just still working on that internet plan, getting a to-do list and everything ready to go so that people know what I'm working on, I guess. And then, I'm almost done that. And then I'm going to get back to the ERP summary. I followed up with the Bell guy. He said somebody's assigned to it, but it hasn't been dispatched yet, so I don't know if it's going to be today or not. I will make myself available when needed, I guess. Crap, I hit the wrong pause.
4:33PM
Alright, so I made a visual plan of what needs to be done, in case they need to see it. And I can pull it up for them when they need it. I have all the tools ready to go, and I confirmed, I'm pretty sure I have that as well, I have a to-do list ready here, and I'm going to log in to Amada, and I'm going to create a profile for Rommel, and for the farm, so I'll create a new VLAN, uh-oh, I missed a phone call. Doesn't fucking show me, okay, yeah, so I'm just going to add the two profiles in here, got to remember how to do this in Amada, gateway capacity, switch capacity, EAPs are going to be good, okay, switch into the default view, so I'm going to add the other VLANs and the Wi-Fi profiles. Alright, so I'm going to log in to Rommel, and I'm going to create a profile for Rommel, and I'm going to add the two profiles in here, got to remember how to do this in Amada, gateway capacity, switch capacity, EAPs are going to be good, okay, so I'm going to add
4:33PM
But I won't be able to assign them actually, but I'll still make them anyways because it'll save me time, whenever they've adopted.
4:55PM
Alright, so I created two VLANs and I prepared the Wi-Fi profiles. No devices in the list that I assigned them to, but I unassigned them from Gords and Mary's. And I think I set up the ports correctly, but I'll find that out whenever I go there. So yeah, it should just be plug and play, and now when I go in, I'll just have to, whenever the things adopt, I'll just have to add the Wi-Fi profiles and then just set up whatever SSID Ramel wants and whatever SSID Troy wants, and then set the password for that. And then that should be good for that. And yeah, so I'm going to exit out of that. I think everything is good. And that's it. So I'm just waiting for Bell to do the install on that. I'm going to keep going back to, oh, actually it's almost five o'clock. Anyways, today I also resurrected Bookstack, which is where I am doing all this stuff, is in Bookstack. Go. Sign me up. Ah, okay. Because then I assume that there's a place. That'd be a lot of fucking writing. Yeah, how long have I been working for, actually? Because I feel like I started early today. And now all I want to do is edit. I've been 10 and a half hours on the dot almost. I kind of want to keep working, but I should do this work-life balance thing. So I'm going to leave it at my 10 and a half hours. Close this down. File, save. Oh, actually there is something else I've got to do beforehand. I want to burn this USB for Maha's place to recover her password.
6:04PM
All right, I'm going to finish up for today. Burn that USB for Maha. I'm just going to eject it right now. I should hopefully be able to undo the password on the computer, and then I can register her in the management thing as well into Action 1, which will be good because it'll be easier to troubleshoot stuff with her and maintain security updates and do all this and that. And we'd have admin access because right now we don't, so if you have to install anything you can't. And I'm verifying something that I purchased off Amazon for these videos to store these videos, and it looks like there was some lost sectors, so I've returned that card and ordered a different one. And that's it for today. I didn't get a call from Belle, so probably it's going to be a tomorrow morning thing. Anyways, done for today. Oh, and for the reviews, I was working on the ERPO reviews. It would be a big, big fucking document to summarize all this. It's not as simple as just build it. There's a lot to consider. Anyways, I'm going to go eat dinner.

7:53PM - 8:04PM (11 Minutes)
7:53PM
I got a call from Troy at 637, said there was some issues with his email. So I came over to take a look at it. I guess he had an old info ad saved, but it's now 7.53. I did some other stuff with the internet to see if I could make it a little bit better while I'm here, but I want to go home and eat dinner.
8:04PM
I did some changes, I'm going to leave it as it is. I'm home now and resume at dinner.
