Just getting back to working on the ERP summaries here, trying to get everything organized and ready. Just got off the phone with Bell. Apparently they've rescheduled for today. They'll give me a call in 10 minutes or whenever they're dispatching over there. So we'll see how that works, if they follow through. And Dylan seems to be having a printer error, so I'm just going to see if I can connect to his computer here. And see what's going on.

All right, so he was just connected to the wrong Wi-Fi. I troubleshooted a couple things, and he was just connected to the wrong Wi-Fi. So I connected him back, and then I removed the TCC guest, because I do see that it tries to go into the TCC guest before anything else. I do have to try to get ready for Bell, because they're only giving me a 10-minute heads-up kind of thing, or when they're being dispatched over there. So I will try to get ready for that. All my tools are kind of ready to go, but I should charge my laptop battery so I can work on stuff there as well, because I need to get this ERP thing kind of ready to go as well. I need to get that sent off to him, and there's a lot to think about in here as well. It's really hard to find a starting point. I also do want to update my timeline of the communications that I've been talking with Bell, but I feel like it's a waste of time to document that shit right now. In the end, it's like, when it'll be done, it'll be done, but anyways, I will see what I can do anyways about getting the ERP stuff done, but my focus is going to try to get that internet up and going. And I have a small issue as well, the fiber terminals, the SC fiber terminals that I got may be too big for the cable, so I'm hoping that they'll work, but we will have to see about that. Anyways, what was I going to do for now? I'm going to just put a couple updates in Teams, just so that I have some kind of a general timeline here ready to go.

I found his laptop. It's an HP Envy x360 2-in-1, so I'm just going on To see if there's a charger To see if there's a charger on Amazon I I have the original charger pulled up here seems to be a 65 watt So I'm just gonna look Look this up There's a couple options here I'm just going to look this up here and make sure that everything works I Had a genuine charger, that would be better I Do not have a genuine charger Pretty sure actually I ordered one of these chargers in the past for him All orders in 2024 I Anyways just gonna order this one to get it out of the way

Alright, I found the right one that's going to work, and I'm just placing the order now. There was a, there was just an issue whether it was a pin charger or if it was the USB-C charger and then finding the specific model because the ENVY X360, they have different models that have different charging, 65 watt, 45 watt, 90 watt, and there was a question about 130 watt or something, but I ended up doing the 90 watt, and it should come in tomorrow. So anyways, I'll just let him know that it's been ordered, and yep, should be good.

Still nothing from Belle. I'm going to take 15 minutes to just eat something in case they call. I have to get work clothes actually ready to go. Because I'm going to be doing... If I'm going to be doing any work over there... I can't go wearing decent stuff. Okay, I've got to get some clothes ready just in case.

It's 3 o'clock and I haven't heard anything from Belle yet, so I'm going to document my whole journey with Belle on this because I know at one point in time I'm going to be asked why it took so long.

Flipped between some ERP stuff and, fuck, I forgot I was supposed to document that stuff. I'm going to doc- fuck, I've got to get a hold of Bell again right now, actually. Unless that's Bell right now, sending me a text. No, that's not. Okay. I'm going to call Bell right now, again. Because, they're not, they're not fucking cooperating.

I'm still writing the update of everything that happened with Belle and I got off the phone with them as well. So anyways, I'm writing this update because somebody's going to be asking where the time went. A lot of fucking time wasted here.

Alright, I just finished compiling this history together, which took a lot of time, but this is what's needed. I'm going to keep updating it moving forward, because I didn't think that it was going to be that big of an issue, setting up Bell Internet, but apparently it is. It's 5.30, my mind's kind of like all over the place, I did nine hours, I'm going to clock out for the day, because I can't do anymore, I'm not going to, by the time I start up the ERP, I'm going to be, it's going to be late, so I'm just going to take tomorrow as a fresh start, and uh, didn't do much today, because I spent some of the day documenting, I mean I did work on some of the ERP summary, but anyways, hopefully I'll get that shit done tomorrow, because I really want to get it done. And stuff.

I just saw something with Microsoft licensing that I addressed, I just, it didn't take long. But I caught it, anyways, I'm actually just finishing work now, but, anyways I got kinda sidetracked. I gotta finish now, because I can't keep working all day. But yeah, licensing issue resolved, so it shouldn't have been an issue, but it could have been an issue, I did see something that was suspicious, so I didn't want to, the status was not being updated properly, but now I see everything is good.
