I probably forgot to update here but I wrote an email to Bell's Resolve a concern. I contacted Malik which was the contact that I had and let him know about the issue that we're experiencing. Notepad updated now. Oh Notepad supports Markdown now. I do have an option here to do something but I do have an idea. I'm gonna run it by Troy very shortly but right now Alejandro just said he needs permission to install something on the computer. So I'm gonna connect to his computer. He needs drivers for a scanner. I'm just gonna connect. I'm gonna put it into Intune. So I just asked him if I can connect to his computer and he said no problem. So I'm just gonna put this on hold up here. Looks like getting this driver and package is going to be a little bit more complicated than I thought, so I'm going to log into the work computer and do it over there. I have to extract the MSI.

still looking how to install this Epson driver like I'm just thinking I'm gonna go and install it on his computer just to get it done but like it's absolutely stupid because that's taking a bandage shortcut and that's just gonna make problems but it's gonna be the quickest way and I don't have time to deal with it so I'm just gonna connect and do it manually I guess band-aid shortcuts that are not solutions

Yeah, this is such a security risk doing this this way, like I should be adding it in, but I feel like I'm under pressure and I don't have the time to even do this properly, and so now I'm remoting into somebody else's computer. I'm using my administrative credentials. So if he had any spyware on his computer, now it has my admin credentials with access to all of Magenta Network and everything, and that's really not good. That's not the way that it should be deployed, but I just don't feel like I have the time to do this correctly. It should have been a simple process. I should have been able to get the MSI and bundle it into Intune, but Epson doesn't offer it. It's an executable file, so I'd have to extract the content, repack it as an MSI, and then install it, which would take a couple hours to do, and that's the reality of tech, is this is what it is. This is how technology is. It's not consistent.

I really didn't like taking that shortcut, but it had to be done so that I could work on this ERP stuff, otherwise it would be probably a whole day trying to get this driver up there.

I've got to update the credit card on Hover, Chris just sent me an email so I've got to do that. I guess that's when Paul's credit card got changed. I'll update that right now.

Just got a call from Bell, so I'm on my way.

All right, so it looks like Bell came and went, I missed him by the time I got there. And long story short, they didn't really do what we wanted, so I'll need to get a fiberglass ladder. I'm just going to cut the fucking cable myself because I'm tired of waiting for them. Pretty sure my buddy has a fiberglass ladder I could borrow as well, so maybe I'll do that. And yeah, I'm on my way home now, Sam had some email problems, so I'm going to get her access to get in there, but on my way home now.

Alright, I was back home. I forgot to update status, but I was looking into why the delegation was getting yanked off. Anyways, Sam has been delegated back, so that should be good. Anyways, I'm going to finish for today. It has been a long day, about 12 hours. Alright, anyways, I'm done.
