Magenta Construction

6:49AM - 7:42PM (12 Hours 53 Minutes)

8:52AM

I'm going to stop working on the ERP for now. I'm going to do the iPhone comparison for Troy. I'm going to do the iPhone comparison for Troy.

8:53AM

Sorry, I don't know if my last message was accurate or not, I'm going to stop working on the ERP stuff, I have a meeting with this guy at 10 or 11, probably 11, but I told Troy mid-morning I'd have an iPhone comparison and costing for him, so I'm going to work on that now.

9:03AM

Just got an email, I gotta call Troy, or I gotta call Dylan, and that's him in voice. So I'm calling him now.

9:07AM

Never mind false alarm, I'm going back to my table here.

10:07AM

Still working on this.

11:07AM

Working on the pricing for the phones, almost done. Looks like Jeffrey had some power outages today, so he's working on it. He's going to get me a proposal soon.

12:04PM

I'm just calling Val right now to see if they have anything.

12:26PM

So I'm just on the phone with Bell getting access to the Bell corporate or the Bell self-serve because apparently all the info is over there.

12:37PM

Yes, you have a generic price list. In the TLS 20 game, you have 44% discount on it. The full price is $85, and when you apply a 44% discount on the agency, that's what it is. Okay, you'd like to know. Okay. For that, if you would like to have the phones that are available for upgrade, I would have to send you the state user's data for this now. I would have to close this transaction and reopen another so that you can have the report. Okay, please give me two more minutes to close this transaction and I will get back to you for the new one. Okay. I would have to send you the report for upgrade. Okay.

12:38PM

And we got to close out one ticket and open up another one. I just called to find out what friggin phones they have available He's making me register for this stuff, and I'm like okay, so I'll be able to see it there. Yeah, yeah, I Get in here, and there's nothing Nothing that I can see Oh, we have to close it out. I've got to transfer you

12:41PM

I got a message from Sander, he needed Teams access, so I have re-enabled his account, unblocked sign-in, converted the shared mailbox to a user mailbox, and now I'm just going to send him a reset link.

12:50PM

So we need access to the e-ordering platform? I'm sorry? So do we need access then to the e-ordering platform? Yes, you can look for it on the Bell website, on the store, on the feature called store. Okay, just at bell.ca? Yes. Okay. Just at bell.ca and then store? Like shop? Yes, yes, yes. Okay. Mobility, devices. Okay, so just through here and then, okay. So give me one sec. I'm going to keep you on the phone while I do this because I've been trying to do this all morning. Okay, Apple 16 Pro. Okay, so over here on the Bell website, for example, they have the iPhone 16 Pro. That's only 128 gig. That doesn't help. Okay. Give me one sec. Is there anything I can help you with? Yeah, just hold on tight here because I want to try to get this figured out. It's only about what I can help you with. I'm not equipped to help a client choosing a device. Right. I have no idea about that. Okay, so who can I talk to about the question about that? Because my question is, so on the bell.ca slash shop, right? Yeah. So I see here that you guys offer the iPhone 16 Pro Max in 256 gigabytes from $29.50 per month. Right. That's what it says under the small business. I don't know if it's small business or enterprise what we're under, but under the small business, it says one to 15 lines $29.50 per month. Right. Can we add that somehow? Like, how do I add this into, like, how do I upgrade our line to have this? Okay. If you'd like to upgrade the line, okay. I can help you. Can you give me the line to upgrade to see if it's eligible. Okay. Yes. Give me one second. I'll give you the line. Okay. So the line, there's going to be two of them. Okay.

12:51PM

So, just like me, just let me start another one. Okay.

1:04PM

I'm still on the phone with Bob.

1:09PM

I'm also starting a chat online with somebody because this Chinese guy is not helpful.

1:19PM

I'm gonna do that, I'm gonna do that for a while. Sorry, what are you gonna do? Sorry, what are you gonna do? I'm gonna do the upgrade, the BYOD upgrade. I'm just shopping for pricing right now for my boss. He's asking me for pricing and he's asking me for availability, right? So I don't wanna make any changes right now. I wanna find out if on this Bell website that you sent me to, okay, in the shop area, there is an iPhone 16 Pro Max that's available for $29.50 a month with a device return option. Is that something that this line would qualify for or not? Okay, this line, this line. These two lines. Yeah, yeah, look at this line. They didn't have at the activation or a Bell device. These two lines, okay, the user brings their own device. Correct. Yeah, that was a part of this process. Now, if you want to make a BYOD upgrade, I can't make the BYOD upgrade for you. They're gonna have to make the upgrade because when they signed for the BYOD price plan, they signed a contract of 36 months. Correct. If you want the BYOD upgrade now, you will have another price plan. Okay, what's that price plan going to be? Okay, it could be the, let's see. Yeah, the CLS 20 gig. CLS 20 gig with 44% discount, as I told you. But the price plan that this number I use it right now, they have a 50%, 50.59% discount. Okay, so the monthly cost will increase a little bit. How long will the term renew for? Okay, this is gonna be for 36 months. So it's gonna renew on a 36 months. Yeah, yeah. That device that we're gonna get. Yeah. Is, okay. Okay, sorry, this is complicated. Okay, so it's gonna be a 36 month with a return option for the iPhone or? Okay, I can't, I don't have access to that. Okay. The information related to Frank. So who should I call? Okay, the only thing, what's the availability? I would be available if you call me. If you want the device, be aware of the offer, right? I can make it for you. And then when you go to the store, you will be available to use it for this night. But anything related to pricing, I can...

1:19PM

Calling LVM tech.

1:37PM

Just got off the phone and I'm calling my buddy to see if I can borrow his fiberglass solder.

1:59PM

I'm going to set up single sign-on for Hubber so that we can manage our users better. And they're not creating their own accounts.

2:59PM

I think I got it set up, I just want to test it now, and I've got to figure out what this difference between the strict mode is.

3:19PM

I'm just testing the SSO on a new account to see what happens.

3:36PM

All right, everything seems to work. I want to create a new group for Hover Subscription. I wish I could make it easier to manage users. Because there was eight accounts that were using our Hover including Greg, Tanos, Shane, Phil, Leonardo, John Gay, Jake Nelson, Paul Musso, and we didn't even know about it because they weren't added into our management. They signed up as their own. This will help us to know who's actually using our subscription. I'm just setting up a subscription group here. It would be nice if I can do this on eagle view as well. I'm just setting up a subscription group here. It would be nice if I can do this on eagle view as well.

3:46PM

All right, the group has been changed. And now, I'm gonna go back to the ERP here. What did I end up on? Oh, yeah, I need to do the permission groups, so. What did I do today? Did that. All right, so I have a task here to put documentation in for LVM tech. I don't really wanna do that right now. Fiberglass ladder, I talked with my buddy, good for tomorrow. ERP next users groups, ERP next mail, I gotta do that. And I'm just kind of coordinating with Rodlin right now, because I guess Sander can't have access. Sander doesn't have access to the task list.

4:09PM

All right, I just reorganized the delivery list that they were using. I added a couple of buckets, I added a confirmed bucket, I added an on hold and I have a planned one. I could have shared instruction with Roland to share with Daphne as well, but ideally when they have a delivery, they should put it in the delivery bucket and when Xander or whoever else is doing the deliveries finishes, they should be able to check it off. That way people in the office or people in general will know that it's been done. So a project manager, for example, can know without having to call Xander or whatever, whether the delivery was done and then they only have a small amount of completed tasks at the end. So it makes it easier for the delivery driver to know what he's delivered and what's actually relevant to be delivered for the day. And then when he returns or whoever returns the paper at the end of the day and they want to consolidate or reconciliate that, then they can go and they can look at the completed tasks and they can move it over to the confirmed bucket and it just makes it much cleaner so we don't have like 20 some hundred, like over 2000 of these tasks in the one list. It will also make the list load quicker than the to-do list tasks.

4:09PM

I'm going to go back to the ERP, I've got to finish these permission groups. And actually I should add a task, IRP next, I'm going to make the phases for the collaborator for Geoffrey there.

7:42PM

All right, I just finished working on my documentation here for the ERP, the user groups and everything, the permission groups and the user groups. I'm dead tired. I haven't eaten today, and I've been working for way too long, but I wanted to get this done so I wouldn't have to start over tomorrow. I am beyond exhausted, though. Yeah, I'm almost at 13 hours right now, so I'm going to finish up for today, and tomorrow I needed to finish up the email thing, and I needed to finish up—oh, I've got tons of the views that I have to get ready. All right, that's it for me for today.
